We are currently seeking Journeymen Carpenters
to join our team.
Candidates must have:
- 7 years minimum carpentry experience
- Experience in high-end residential & light commercial building
- Ability to read, interpret and implement complex plans & specifications
- The ability to follow direction and/or work independently
- Organization and time management skills
- Leadership abilities
- An understanding of subcontractor trades
- Professional appearance and ability to work well with others
- All basic hand and power tools to perform tasks
- Ability to lift 80 to 100 lbs
Specific skills:
- Formwork - conventional and snap-tie
- Reinforcing steel
- Concrete placement
- Framing
- Finish carpentry
Bonus skill set:
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
Typical project locations: Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties
